The video, called #StayHome, is currently the top trending video on YouTube, and has been viewed almost 1.9 million times.
JJ Olatunji, also known as KSI, introduces the video, which was posted on the Sidemen YouTube channel.
He said: “We’re here looking to spread awareness on the UK government’s current advice to stay at home, especially during this coronavirus pandemic.”
The video features several other well-known YouTube influencers, including Caspar Lee, JaackMaate and Millie T.
Meanwhile, celebrities involved in the video include Jess Glynne, Iain Stirling and Rio Ferdinand.
According to the Sidemen, whose channel has 7.6 million subscribers, any advertising revenue earned from the video will be donated to the NHS.
The group isn’t the only one using YouTube’s platform to reach the public amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Several fitness influencers, including Joe Wicks, have posted free home workouts on the platform, in the hopes of encouraging the public to stay active.
The pledge follows fitness instructor Joe Wicks’ promise to give “every single penny” raised from his livestreamed YouTube PE sessions to the health service.
