The appointment will see Biglight assess the performance of the group’s websites across all European markets, using a combination of analysis and usability testing, then work closely with the central and brand teams to identify, create and test opportunities to improve the customer experience in order to deepen brand engagement, increase revenue and reduce costs.
Federico Manno, Digital Commerce Director, EMEA at VF Corporation said: “Biglight have worked with Timberland since 2014 and have established a reputation for delivering results across customer experience optimisation, UX, creative and CRM strategy support services, so we were keen to leverage their specialist capabilities to support the group in a wider context, as we focus on improving our customer experience.”
Steve Borges, Co-founder at Biglight said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by VF Corporation to this incredibly exciting role and we look forward to working with the central Timberland®, The North Face® and Vans® teams to help them deliver remarkable experiences for their customers and increasing ecommerce revenues.”
