Marketers in the UK are planning to increase their content marketing budgets more over the next 12 months, using a wealth of tactics to increase their reach, according to new research.
The study — Content Marketing in the UK: 2013 Benchmarks, Budgets, and Trends — conducted by the Content Marketing Institute (CMI) and the Direct Marketing Association UK (DMA), shows the tactics content marketers are using most often, and those that they find most effective.
The study also determines what social media distribution channels are marketers using, and their relative effectiveness.
