Unilever Middle East is working with agency Digital Republic to build to firms social media recruitment hubs across the Middle East and North Africa.
Under the new scheme, Digital Republic will look to build the ‘Unilever Careers’ portal’s presence across four territories, to engage with university students and potential candidates.
The portal acts as a hub and channel for Unilever’s HR and internal management to communicate and attract prospective employees.
The ‘Unilever Careers’ accounts will be managed and administered out of the agency’s new Dubai office, which was launched to support a demand from regional and multinational brands seeking a localised, multi-lingual solution for online communications and digital support.
Speaking about the appointment, Karim Khalifa, Digital Republic CEO, said, “Our objective will be to retain the global appeal of the respective brands while offering a local connect. By facilitating an interaction between the brand and its customers through creativity and cutting-edge technology expertise, we hope to do just that.”
