To support our growth we are looking for an additional leadership-level digital marketing strategist to help create the right digital marketing approaches for our clients and their agencies. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced consultant to work with some of the world’s leading brands to create, shape and land digital marketing strategies.
- You’ll be a graduate and have spent more than 10 years in the digital and marketing industries, and be at the top of your game

We’re recruiting this leadership team role to deliver our international digital marketing strategy programmes that transform the knowledge, confidence and skills of some of the world’s best marketers. The role blends digital marketing training, management coaching, digital strategy and management consultancy together to provide a uniquely rich and transformative leap for brands and their teams.
Leading digital marketing coaching
This aspect of the role involves using our processes and materials to train teams of marketers on how to deliver digital marketing brilliantly. You’ll lead a small internal team which includes project management, research, analyst and event management support.
Leading digital strategy development
Using a mix of our processes and those of our clients’, you’ll be leading a client team to refine or build key elements in a brand’s digital strategy. The nature of international project delivery means there is likely to be significant travel, typically in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Desired digital skills and experience
10 years in leading roles in digital and marketing, with deep knowledge and experience in most of these areas:
- Reading market data; identifying trends
- Customer insight: Using analytics to explain behaviour
- Web content: Content marketing strategy and deployment
- Websites: Design principles and technical fundamentals
- Search: Key approaches for successful optimisation and advertising strategies
- Advertising: Web ad creative and online media planning techniques
- CRM: Email consumer relationship marketing
- Social: Social media and social marketing to build both engagement and reach
- Mobile: The latest range of tools and tactics
- Gaming: Gamification and its role in marketing
- Ecommerce: Online retailing and tactics for boosting sales
- Analytics: Monitoring with accountability to make effective decisions
- Strategy: Approaches to digital strategy for FMCG brands and other key sectors
Desired consulting skills and experience
You’ll be an experienced consultant with the energy and charisma to lead junior and senior teams
- An MBA is preferable, although not essential if you can demonstrate equivalent experience through your career
- Experience in coordinating international training is highly beneficial
- Having client-side experience or digital start-up experience is highly beneficial
- Experience in FMCG is highly beneficial
