You’ll have spent more than 12 years in the digital and marketing industries and be at the top of your game. You’ll be a gifted communicator, who can inspire teams while delivering deep knowledge. You’ll be a brilliant digital strategist who can intuitively sense weaknesses in marketing campaigns and digital ideas. You’ll be confident crossing between training and strategy discussions to ensure the teams you work with have both the knowledge and plan for what to do next. You’ll be as comfortable talking about Analytics as you are Search, Facebook Engagement ads as you are Rich Media, and Campaigns as you are ‘Always-on’ conversations. We’re recruiting for two more heavyweights to deliver our international digital marketing strategy programmes that transform the knowledge, confidence and skills of some of the world’s best marketers. The roles blend digital marketing training, management coaching, digital strategy and management consultancy together to provide a uniquely rich and transformative leap for brands and their teams.
Leading digital marketing coaching workshops

  • The core of the role involves using our processes and materials to train teams of marketers on how to deliver digital marketing brilliantly; with full project management and event management support.
  • Leading digital strategy development workshops

  • Using a mix of our processes and those of our clients, you’ll be leading a small team to refine or build key elements in a brand’s digital strategy. The nature of international project delivery means there will be high amounts of travel across Europe, Asia and Americas.
  • Desired Skills & Experience
    8 years in leading roles in digital and marketing, with deep knowledge and experience in most of these areas:

  • Reading market data; identifying trends
  • Customer insight: Using analytics to explain behaviour
  • Web content and websites: Design principles and content strategies
  • Search engine optimisation and advertising
  • Web advertising creative and online media planning techniques
  • Email consumer relationship marketing
  • Social media and social network marketing
  • Mobile tools and tactics
  • Gaming and its role in marketing
  • Online retailing and tactics for boosting sales
  • Monitoring with analytics to make effective decisions
